Promet Marine in PVD sold to metal exporter recycler

Promet will continue ship repair but on a much smaller scale. The site includes more than nine acres, a 600-foot pier with rail service and two deep-water berths. It is owned and operated by two brothers, Joel and David Cohen, 76 and 73.
